1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”, “you”) and Stampede Pressure Washing LLC (“Stampede Pressure Washing”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), located at Waxahachie, TX 75165. By accessing or using our website (stampedepressure.com), submitting an estimate request, or agreeing to receive text messages or services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our site or services.
2. Services & Estimates
Stampede Pressure Washing provides exterior cleaning services, including commercial pressure washing (dumpster pads, trash enclosures, compactors, walkways, parking lots, loading areas) and residential pressure washing (driveways, sidewalks, patios, fences, home exteriors). All estimates provided through our website or by phone are subject to site verification and inspection.
3. SMS & Text Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC Compliance)
By providing your mobile telephone number on our quote request form or through any other contact channel on our website, and by checking the consent box, you expressly consent to receive conversational, informational, and service-related text (SMS/MMS) messages from Stampede Pressure Washing.
Purpose of Messages
Messages sent to you may include quote estimates, appointment scheduling, service reminders, arrival notifications, service follow-ups, and direct customer care replies regarding your exterior cleaning inquiry.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and service activity. Typically, you will receive 2 to 4 messages per service request (e.g. quote response, appointment confirmation, on-the-way notification, and completion follow-up).
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging and data plan rates.
How to Opt Out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any text message received from us. After you send the message “STOP”, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you re-subscribe.
How to Get Help (HELP)

Carrier Liability
Wireless carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and other regional carriers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy of Mobile Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Age Restriction (18+) & Eligibility
Age Restriction (18+): You must be at least 18 years old (eighteen (18) years of age or older) to use this website, submit a quote request, or participate in or opt in to receive text (SMS/MMS) messages from Stampede Pressure Washing. By providing your phone number and submitting consent, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from or send text messages to individuals under 18 years of age.
Age Restriction (18+)
You must be at least 18 years of age (18+) to access our website, request quotes, or subscribe to our SMS messaging program. Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from submitting personal information or subscribing to text message updates.
4. Site Access & Customer Responsibilities
To perform cleaning services, customers must ensure clear access to the designated cleaning areas (including unlocking gates, moving vehicles, and securing pets). Unless otherwise agreed in writing, water source access must be available on-site.
5. Limitation of Liability
Stampede Pressure Washing is fully insured. We exercise reasonable care when performing all exterior cleaning services. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose or damaged siding, failing mortar, oxidized paint, or fragile electrical fixtures not properly weatherproofed prior to service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Ellis County, Texas.
